The Only Constant in Life is Change

Imagen 001

Many people are creatures of habits and get all bent out of shape with change. I believe that the sooner we become accustomed to change, the easier it will be to live life. At one point in my life, change was very painful for me, till I decided to challenge myself and force change on to my life. I am now so comfortable with it, that I crave it.

An exercise that can help with this, is every week do something out of character or out of your norm. Keep a journal and write how you feel about it. At first it will be hard, just like training a muscle, but as the weeks progress, you will become more comfortable with the changes, and before you know it, you will look forward to it.

Challenges create growth, now go on and have fun….

I love you, but remember to love yourselves too
