We all lead lives in different ways and value different things at different stages in our lives. We tend to disagree, even battle with one another regarding our differences instead of celebrating the fact that no two people think or are alike. I wanted to emphasize the need for individuality in a world that has so many different types of personalities which can create problems if we don’t allow for these differences to take place.

We are on another water fast, this time I hope to prolong it long enough to heal the deeper ailments and imbalances that I as a human have gathered along the way. We all have challenges and issues we must face, to deny that is to live in denial. The many people I have encountered along my life have created different memories and situations that need to be resolved at one point or another, if not we become stuck in these paradigms that end up hurting us in the end.

Disease stems from situations we leave unresolved and festers inside our bodies. I am a big believer in the natural and realize that we live in a very unnatural world, a world that slowly continues to deteriorate as we see with those in power. We create our inner and outer world, it is evident, just look around. We need to learn to shape our world and realize that every moment in our life is an opportunity for growth and resolution of things that are waiting to be solved.

Today is day 2 of our water fast, we will keep you informed as we go about it. Here is a video we made last night.

You may ask why water fast? Well Lynna and I have gone through so much in the past year and a few months, mostly due to lots of her unresolved challenges and issues that she faces due to her becoming and owning the woman that she is, and not giving herself permission to love, live and enjoy who she really is. So this fast will help break free from the past, enjoy the present and allow us to look forward to a future of peace, guilt free and lots of love. Her upbringing in a very strict Christian house hold, and marrying someone with that same ailment, only lead to further suffering and the creation of a spit heart that yearns to be free but is kept bound by guilt. The time is now for freedom. Stay tune to our channel and blog to follow The Cleansing of a life time by the Cummings.

  1. How can you claim to eat raw when you eat crab legs?

    • Good Morning David, I eat a diet that is balanced and feels healthy to me. My main intake is fruits and raw veggies, mostly high carb low fat 80% of the time. I believe we need other nutrients to include b12 and omega 3’s so we add fish and on the occasion scallops and certain sea foods.

I am not militant about anything these days, I was fully raw for 13 months back in 2010 or so. What is you point exactly? That is the problem with humans, they tend to live in extremes and lead their lives as if it where a religion, of which I don’t follow any because of that reason.

    • I wanted to add David, that after our fast we were fully raw for around one month, then decided to add fish making us pescatarian which is noted to be even healthier for long term. Don’t get me wrong, I love eating fully Raw, but it’s just not sustainable for long periods of time. Its great to heal diseases, to cleanse and to reboot our bodies, it is also very costly and dependent on the fruit supply in your area. Pescatarian and adding rice, potato, quinoa and some temp, as well as fish and scallops is much better for our long term health in my professional opinion, as a certified nutritional consultant.
